Usually we note if our recipes are gluten-free, vegan, low-carb and various other categories. However we obviously do not have influence over the ingredients you use to make the recipes. Nor the environment where you make them.
Sometimes we list ingredients of specific brands that we use. But note they change their products every now and then. Something that was gluten-free might contain gluten sometime later. So please make sure to check the status of a product or ingredient yourself.
