There is something about the change of seasons that makes you want to snuggle up and stay inside, until the alarm clock goes off and you are snapped back into reality. When you wake up it is dark and when you leave work it is dusk, but don’t become depressed. Bar Dupont isn’t a newbie to the craft cocktail scene, but as any major player in the game they enjoy restructuring and revamping their menu from time to time. This was one of those times.
Certain cocktails are meant solely to become intoxicated, others to be savored and remembered. However, the Pumpkin Chai cocktail has been on their menu for over three years, and deserves to stay. If you love pumpkin and spiced rum, then head over to Dupont and order it. Regardless of during happy hour or over dinner, their cocktails range of intricacy was pleasing.
