Calling all fans of lamb for the Lamb Jam! Lamb Jam is a yearly tasting competition that brings together some of the most talented chefs from around the DMV area. They compete for your votes for The Best Lamb Dish among other honors.
This year it was held at Eastern Market, and featured a battle between John Critchley and Marjorie Meek-Bradley for a “secret ingredient” cut of lamb. Some of the competitors included:
