Jessica Swift is a registered dietician and professionally-trained chef who brings healthy meals straight to you. Chef Jess‘ meals are prepared fresh in 2-3 day quantities and tailored to your specific needs. Not only are they delicious, but they also help meet nutritional goals.  The process is simple. Fill out a quick survey, likes and dislikes, and you’ll be on your way.

Once delivered, meals are really easy to prepare–just 1-2 minutes in the microwave. No dishes, no preheating, no mess.  A balanced dish of fresh ingredients included portobello mushrooms with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and goat cheese–bold, creamy, yet tangy.  Brussels sprouts were bright and accompanied the mushrooms well. Overall, it was satisfying and hard to believe it was healthy and meatless!

The second dish we enjoyed was a coriander spiced chicken breast with a side of black bean salsa. The chicken breast was moist (which is impressive when it’s reheated in the microwave!) and seasoned very well. The black bean salsa was a favorite of the night. It included roasted corn, tomatoes, cilantro, and a slightly spicy kick.

Swift promotes a farm-to-table lifestyle using the best, local ingredients.
