The weekend is over, which means we’re in need of a drink to help us get over that depressing fact. Today we’re recommending Bearnaise’s spring-like cocktail, Cherry Blossom Fizz, to help you cool down. Make the drink at home with the recipe below, try it at Bearnaise with Chef Spike Mendelsohn’s Cherry Creme Brûlée, or take it with you to enjoy as you walk along the Tidal Basin admiring the beautiful cherry blossoms. That’s a joke. Do not do the latter, please. Happy drinking!

Bearnaise’s Cherry Blossom Fizz Cocktail

1 parts Grey Goose Cherry vodka
½ part St. Germain elderflower liquer
½ part lemon juice
½ part Lillet Rose
2 parts sparkling water

Combine the Grey Goose Cherry, St Germain , Lemon Juice and Lillet Rose. Mix and pour over rocks. Then top with sparkling water.
