Cuisine Solutions offers tender and flavorful products cooked sous vide to make at home. Created by chefs who use fresh ingredients, there are no preservatives used.  Many of the products offered are “center of the plate” dishes meaning it’s a main entree to be paired with any side, salad, sandwich, etc. We’re thrilled that they’re a local company in Alexandria, VA and can be purchased at BJ’s, Whole Foods, Costco and Wegmans, and on their website. All you have to do is unwrap it and reheat in the oven or microwave!

The first meal we tried was the Chicken Adobo, which was very nicely-balanced, seasoned and juicy, due to the sous vide method. In the oven, it takes 25 minutes to reheat, which I plated with healthy salad greens.

Lamb is one of my favorite meats, so I had high expectations. The lamb shank with rosemary and mint did not disappoint. It was on the bone, which gives it extra flavor and took 20 minutes to cook. I added potatoes and carrots for an easy dinner!
