This mighty food truck deserves a post all for itself. And get this, it’s vegan. Whether you’re a carnivore, a herbivore, a dinosaur, you will LOVE The Cinnamon Snail food truck. Sure, it’s vegan but you will have no qualms about giving up your beloved meat for this grub. I have brought many-a-meat eater to this food truck, and they have all loved their meal. Instead of giving you their 5 best menu items, (because they are all equally delicious) here are 5 tips to help you start loving The Cinnamon Snail!
1. All the donuts
They are all good. The pumpkin pie filled doughnut is one of my favorites.
2. Thanksgiving Sandoo
A seasonal sandwich for guess-which-season, this is a doozy of a sandwich. Get it on greens if you don’t want to fill up too much. Or save half (which is so hard to do) for another time. Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich. The flavors are spot on.
3. Maple Mustard Tempeh Sandwich
My favorite go-to sandwich (when I can’t decide). I tried it on greens for the first time recently and it was just as good. And I had more room for doughnuts. Priorities are important. With marinated kale, onion, tomato and roasted garlic aioli on grilled spelt bread. Mmm.
The lines can get long during prime lunch hours, like 45 minutes to an hour wait, which is totally worth it. But if you’re on a crunch for time, go on your way to work. You won’t have to wait very long if you go before noon.
Shout-out to the Snail staff. They are all friendly and very excited to serve you awesome food. Tip well! Make sure you let me know what your favorites are at The Cinnamon Snail, and until then happy snailing!
