Shealy’s is the Disneyland of barbeque buffets. Across an extensive buffet with a hot and cold station plus a network of dining rooms, this place could double as a delicious fallout shelter. We especially enjoyed the vinegar-pepper BBQ as well as the mustard-based, and the cole slaw was among the best we had. Don’t forget the mashed potatoes and fried livers–though we can’t imagine where we’d find room for all that. And at $10.80 per adult, this meal is an absolute steal. Thanks to the ever-charming Lake High Jr., President of the South Carolina Barbeque Association, who schooled us on how to eat barbeque like a native!
