[Mary Kong] 02 19 2012On Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 3-5 pm, watch four DC food bloggers team up with four of DC’s top chefs to serve up American lamb dishes and compete at the DC American Lamb Pro-Am! Come sample the dishes created by the blogger/chef teams, sip delicious wine and beer, and vote on your favorite dish.
Girl Meets Food, Capital Cooking, Endless Simmer and Thrifty DC Cook are pairing with Nick Stefanelli of Bibiana, Adam Sobel of Bourbon Steak, John Critchley of Urbana and Anthony Lombardo of 1789 Restaurant to collaborate on their dishes to serve to over 150 attendees.
