DC VegFest 2011
[Mary Kong] 09 14 2011The DC VegFest is a free outdoor festival on Saturday, September 24, 2011 11 am – 6 pm, celebrating the very best of everything vegetarian in and around the nation’s capital.
In addition to lots of food, friends, and fun, it’s jam-packed with dynamic speakers, fantastic cooking demos, and many opportunities for book signings.
After local favorite NBC4-TV anchor Wendy Rieger kicks off the 2011 DC VegFest, there will be lectures, cooking demos, free cholesterol tests and a 30-Day Vegan Challenge!
