It’s All About Love at CityZen
04 02 2010
From February 12-14, 2010, lovers looking to spend the most affectionate evening of the year in pampered luxury can retreat to the lounge at CityZen for an intimate dining experience.
Prepared exclusively by award-winning Executive Chef Eric Ziebold, guests may choose from an extensive six-course tasting menu available in CityZen ’s main dining room, or a specially designed six-course menu for two presented in the plush “Sin Den,” a private cabana-style sitting area.
The private “Sin Den” provides the perfect venue for couples to say “I love you” and indulge in decadent cuisine. Set in a dark, intriguing locale with mood-enhanced lighting and sheer draping, Ziebold will prepare intimate-size portions of innovative food, allowing for couples to delicately feed one another in their own secluded area.
Differing from the menu available in the main restaurant, this palatable offering will include a first-course selection of Lobster with Citrus Relish, followed by Rappahannock River Oysters and three other decedent courses, finishing off with The Lover’s Purse stuffed with caramel, marshmallow, and Valrhona Chocolate.
$350.00 per couple, $450.00 with wine pairing, exclusive of tax and gratuities.
February 12-14, 2010 only, with two seatings at 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Advance reservations are required.
