Ghana Cafe is known for its authentic West African fare, and the popular Ghanaian staple of kenkey ($15.95, pictured right) is a fresh, house-made dumpling of fermented cornmeal, which tastes like grits and sourdough at the same time.
It’s served with a small amount of curry or stew (including the goat stew here) which is a rich, spicy afterthought.
